drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, make you pee alot and pee out the germs, and help keep you full.
pretty much what xxxafterglow said, when you eat, each meal should contain protein, carbs, and fat. if you are missing one of them, you tend to get hungry quicker. milk and hard cheeses are good for keeping full as well.
