I'd go with the Wii just cuz I have a PC and most stuff that seems to land on the 360 has a PC port of some type due to microsoft being a PC giant.
besides, Wii is great for 2 people or more as a social console vs ps3/360 because they seem to have made it with the "get people together and be silly" crowd in mind.
