anyways I've been eating mostly peanutbutter/banana sandwiches on wheat.
salads, some chicken, some garden, light sesame.
if I have to hit a drive through i've been pretty much getting the spicy chicken soft taco from taco bell or a veggie footlong at subway on wheat
