I don't get the "shock" value here. Other than if its an ugly person doing it.
Somebody can show me any part of their anatomy and I'm not going to be offended. Hell, they can swing their reproductive McNuggets around and yell "helicopter, helicopter!"... but I'm not going to let myself or significant other be offended. I'd think that my S/O was like me and adult enough to find in distasteful or immature or hilarious... given the circumstances.
Grown adults shouldn't find the human anatomy disturbing.
Hell, we wake up to it every morning.
