You're on the right track with the water - it helps flush your system. Therapy really helps.
I quit many times but finally for the last time in '89. Therapy was the missing ingredient since smoking is just another psychological addiction once you get past the first two weeks. Life is so much better and I really enjoy having the $1,500/year in my pocket for something else.
