If we're talking about long-term life goals, I'll be truly satisfied when:
--I've eaten my way through Asia.
--I've eaten my way through France.
--I've backpacked around New Zealand.
--I've camped across Canada.
--I've written about all of these experiences.
--I've had a family and established a working hobby farm.
