You can't sue for revenue you haven't yet earned, nor can you sue for the expenses you accrue due to operating your business. If you could, then no one would protest as any protest resulting in monetary losses to the company would be liable for suit. Yes, you can sue for revenue you haven't earned yet but expected to. Yes you can sue for EXTRA operating expenses.
The question is does the damage to your business trump someone else's First Amendment rights? Typically no, but most companies aren't motivated to sue because of the bad publicity.
