totally unreasonable and unfounded." How the hell am I supposed to know that this certain member of Greenpeace is going to be nonviolent? I don't go about my day assuming that everyone is not going to harm me (quite the opposite, actually). Believing that because someone is a member of a group they won't harm me is a great way to become a victim. Believing that is the "unreasonable and unfounded" assumption.
