Who know for sure? But as far as
child pornography goes, we can start by observing national laws governing "age of consent". If we photograph "under age" children in pornographic poses then it's a safe bet that it is "wrong". The same ought to go for looking (collecting? getting off?) on such photos. No?
It's might be easier to say what is "wrong" than what is "right".
