Anal-Oral bad Idea. NOT clean.
When they show that on porn 99% of the time there is a small edit, the edit is for cleaning the penis in-between
There are those that will do it, but most of those take a soapy enema before the scene (as much time as they need)
If she wants to don't tell/show her the wipe in between, so she can think it is all in one

Added- the condom during the anal is they way to go, and I have seen it but usually because it is on the "extreme" end they go without.
