Oh absolutely. Passing a law making it illegal for criminals to access information just makes a lot of sense. They'd NEVER think of breaking that law somehow would they?

You're right. It's absurd. First off, it won't work. The cyberpunks were right. Information wants to be free. You can't contain it with bullshit censorship anymore. Second, do they really think that terrorists can ONLY make bombs if they can download a pdf of instructions?
