As was hinted in that other thread, 5 minutes actually isn't bad at all. Apparently, a normal Intravaginal Ejaculatory Latency Time (IELT) is said to be up to 7 minutes. I've also read that it can range from 3 to 7 minutes. Serious problems with premature ejaculation is if it's under 90 seconds.
Here's a tip: Moderate to fast pace? How about varying the speed, take it slow at times? How about pausing and using another of your body parts to do something? It isn't a race, which is why you might be looking at 5 minutes when you want longer.
