Yay! I got the Mistress of Mayhem, and I have no idea what the "eagle without underpants" is talking about.
Lady Sage was drug to TFP, kicking and screeming I'm sure, by her wonderful husband, Pan. There is nothing "mayhem" like about her, and you will find her a person of great humor and thoughtfulness.
Don't mess with her though, as she is a practitioner of the wiccan arts. The last person that insulted her was delivered a plague of bed bugs.
