The current situation is disruptive. I bow down before a great tittyboard post but it distracts from the whole of TFP. I'd rather they not show up by default, even during a testing phase.
Why is this so difficult?
There are ways to roll out new features that smooth things out: Minimal exposure testing followed by full-scale roll over _afterwards_. Complaining about people noticing a screwup is childish blaming of the victim. Competent development includes more than coding.
