It might be an old wives' tale or science fact, but I recall reading somewhere many moons ago that regular intercourse during the menstrual cycle helps ease things along, prevents cramps, is-real-good-keep-doing-it, etc.
True or not, it was a good excuse for me to have more hot-hot sex.
