This may be the thread that does the most to motivate me to eat better. reading all the mentions of cauliflower and broccoli which I enjoy raw has me craving some. However I have to learn to avoid the Ranch dressing for it to be the most benefit. Add carrots, cucumbers, onions and damn near any fruit I can think of to the list there is no excuse to not eating more of these things. They would keep well in the fridge at work until break and require little or no preparations.
