I like my broccoli lightly steamed and dressed with a little olive oil and garlic. That's how I like most of my vegetables--either lightly steamed or blanched. Green beans, especially, still need to be crispy. I eat green beans any way they come, but I prefer them raw, actually.
Does anyone else like to eat cucumbers plain? I do. I also like them in rice vinegar and seasonings--sort of like a quick pickle.
A question for the veggie lovers here--do any of you shop at farmer's markets for your fresh produce?
