For lunch today I had canned lima beans with a healthy sprinkling of Tobasco Sauce. Yep, I'm addicted. I'll eat any veggies. Fresh is best, but canned is good. (only Del Monte) Frozen are okay, in a pinch. Veggies are my priority when it comes to dining. I'm not much a beef eater. Chicken and seafood (fresh is best) are better. I make a meal out of veggies.....and some fresh fruit.
Anyone want to talk about broccoli??? YUmmyyyyyy
