I try to set a good example for my children and eat at least 2 or 3 servings of veggies a day. I prefer fresh veggies, but use frozen because they are more convenient. I don't do canned ever.
Lima beans? Can't say I like them, but I don't hate them. If someone makes something with them, I'd try them.
Brussel Sprouts? Never had them. I hear they have a bad rep for being smelly.
