Fixed the link. Sorry, copied the address from the wrong tab at the time.
4GB may be more than XP can address. I thought 4BG was the ceiling, not above it. I know we have 4 sticks of 1GB dual channel DDR2 here.
Also, make sure you have at least 2BG of disk space for cache
