I started picking them up for the additional story because I'm a nerd.
However, once I learned there was an achievement (achievement whore that I am lately...) and that I had already picked up 96-97% of them anyway, I went through a downloaded list and found out that I missed one I can't go back for....
45 minutes into Olympic Heights....You still have a bit, but you're almost there. If memory serves, there's Apollo Square, Point Prometheus and then the big finale.
