Fisting... a subject close to my heart.
I haven't done it for a little while now, but for a time it was something I was doing quite regularly, and enjoying immensely.
I came 5 times over the space of an hour (not multiple orgasms per se, but actually quite spread out over the hour - so there was the build from nothing and the climax 5 times) one time because I was being fisted, and was masturbating at the same time.
The guy I was with at the time was quite an expert at it - this makes a big difference - I've tried it with another guy since, and it didn't quite press the same buttons for me.
