As someone who knows the physiology I'll happily jump into the lions den and state its pee.
Hell one of the ways I read on how to teach yourself to squirt as a woman was to masturbate in a bathtub and pee while you orgasm (this was suppose to make you ready and relaxed for squirting 'for real' later).
Yes its a great orgasm but its loss of bladder control, something thats quite common in women, plain and simple. The plumbing isn't there to do it in the volume it happens otherwise. There is no place to 'store' that much fluid anywhere in the female body, its not there, except of course, the bladder.
