More than likely, not. The vagina is resiliant. Think about it, it's all muscle. The more you work the your muscles, the tighter, and more toned they get right? Well it's the same with your vagina.
Woman have children and their vagina's can bounce back to their regular shape.
I can imagine though, if you practiced this everyday, it could POSSIBLY do a little damage, but I wouldn't be too worried about it.
