Look here! The man who wrote this (at the link below) ought to be shot. Here you have high-pressure sales propaganda at its' worst.
Note his free useage of words such as ”the problem of ..... pain .... discomfort .... embarrassment, also ”over-sized” (says who?) ....”inelegance”(!) ....”worsened anatomical variation”(?).
And then he concludes ”reduction is necessary” ("NECESSARY"? oh, of course!) .... ”improvement” (by what standard?), ”enhance”, ”better define ” (compared to what, a Lamborghini Countach without the gull-wing doors?)!
