I took Zoloft for panic attacks and general anxiety. I experienced exactly what you're describing. No more panic attacks or anxiety, but no more interest in anything, either. I was an emotional zombie the entire time.
The only thing I can say is that you have to decide what matters most to you. If being free of panic attacks and anxiety are most important, then maybe you could see a therapist who might be able to help you cope with the disinterest, though I tend to believe that it's chemically created.
If you hate the disinterest, then you might consider talking to your doctor about weaning off the medication. It's going to be tough as hell. You're going to experience withdrawal and it's going to suck, but you'll get past it. Good luck with this.
