Yes, they are. My wife's vagina is just as beautiful now as it was before. My ex's didn't really change much either after childbirth. It doesn't make as much of a difference, visually or physically, as a lot of women are led to believe.

One or two kids doesn't, but a friend of mine has had 5 within 10 years and my mother had 4 within 9 years and they both said it makes a big difference; my friend, when she asked her doctor, was told it could take up to 9 years for her vagina to go 'back down' and regain the elasticity. And the problems magnify when a woman is older, of course.
/me is very thankful for C-sections in this regard!
