He should take responsibility for taking another man's life, the onus is on us to reasonably determine what we should put in our body. A doctor can only prescribe medication he can't force you to take it. Now there are cases when a doctor should be held liable for prescribing the wrong medication but that doesn’t justify murder. I don't understand is the family alleging that the drug made him psychotic? It seems to me like the article states that he was already depressed before he took the drug. All I read is that he told police that the drug made him impotent.
