Gawd, my boyfriend and I tried sitting through this one. It wasn't even good enough to make a MST3K episode out of. We turned it off. Boo.

I love this film. I have a very subjective taste in films, I'll admit that. I saw this movie back in the day (late '70s) in the theater and it has remained one of my favorite movies. Sally Field is an adorable, feisty, firecracker no bigger than a puff of smoke. Plus she has this great scene in which, while reacting to her husband's claims about her unionizing activities taking up all her time, she utters one of my all-time favorite film lines (in her inimitable southern accent)
'you want ironin'....you got ironin'...you wanna make love...then come around here behind me and lift up my nightie and we'll make love...'
ahhhhhhh, classic
