Death Next Door, Advice please?

Okay, so my living conditions have been really shitty this past month and a half. I will try to make this short, but yeah lol. Well, around my birthday (the 19th of June) we noticed this really nasty smell in our trailer park and didn't know what it was. I mean the park usually smelled weird and gross at times, but this was different. We didn't think anything of it. Then came the date of the 30th of June and the smell was so horrible. By then we noticed that our next door neighbor had not been home and no one had even seen him in 3 weeks. No car, no nothing.

Well that day I remember confiding in my friend that it would be creepy if there was a dead body in his trailer becuase of the smell and since no one had seen him there. Well, about 5 hours later after my boyfriend got home we got a call from my friend (who her boyfriend lives on the other side of our neighbors trailer) that said the cops found a dead body in his trailer. I won't even go into how I was that day. I was a wreck, and thats dulling down how I was reacting to this. The gross thing was that his body had been dead 3 weeks. Rotting there.

I even saw his body I am almost sure of it becuase what kind of people wrap up a dead body in something black? Like it was almost like a black saran wrap it was so tight to the body. I expected him to be in a body bag. But nope. It was shiny but that might not nessesarily mean anything becuase I did research and read up on what his body looked like. It would have been black and the shiny-ness would have been how hsi skin would have looked. Believe me I am creeped out. Even worse, the cops had ripped down all the shades facing our trailer and they kicked in the back door that faces us to go back in a week later and it won't shut.

Also, "supposedly" he killed himself, but when they went in there, his stuff was mainly gone no car in sight, and no one he knew visited him in those 3 weeks. How weird is that? The detective said it looked like he was packing and he even let us know it was a bit fishy and he wasn't totally sure the guys killed himself. So as you can know, I am creeped out I don't even like being home. But my man owns a hand gun so at least that is some protection.

But the whole nasty thing about this is, the guy was buried on the 6th of July. Its the 9th of august now, and no one has come to get rid of the trailer or even attempt to clean it!!! You can see the splatter on the curtain of the window of the room he died in. Give me your thoughts becuase I am trying to contact the health department around where I live becuase I know its a health hazard.
