Can't stop it in court because its a state secret
Raids to find out who actually told the public what their government is doing
Protect America Act to make it all "legal"
Rome had its Republic and its Caesar and we have ours. We'll be going the same way, shortly if this continues.. It was a nice 220 years of law under the Constitution but I guess it's like Star Trek, "All Good Things..."
