I think every society has 'issues' to rectify with the corruption of the present generation.
For example, this video footage was shot within the U.K., where commentary is supported to attribute this type of ludicrous action to a 'game' or 'sport' among the youths there.
A while back, we were also subjected to footage of a new sensation in Japan, but most undoubtedly spreading elsewhere, of an insane trial to stalk innocent women, then subsequently disrobe them publicly by pulling their down skirts, undergaments and all.
It really is a shame to learn of the new and creative, yet nonetheless vulgarly profound, illegal activities that occupy our fellow youth around the world. It perhaps becomes that way from repression and the mundane, but that argument is best left said elsewhere. I see it to be a problem that not even the society as a whole can overcome without serious contemplations of what it has become.
