I use to think I was a lousy driver until I moved to the city where I currently live. Some people just don't choose to obey stop signs or signal when changing lanes. Out of the blue, people will cut into my lane causing me to slam on my brakes. I had a person riding a bicycle in front of me at 1 am without any reflectors. I tried to pass him but couldn't because he kept blocking me.
