Yeah, I forgot that I also a) call my mom, and b) practice yoga meditation poses when I'm stressed out.
Savasana, or corpse pose, is amongst the most relaxing yoga poses. Lying on your back with your hands at your sides palm up, focus on your breathing...and voila, relaxation.
