Um, all of the above except drugs, working out (a walk doesn't count as working out) and shopping. It all depends on the situation. Immediate rage can be dispensed with just as quickly by something like driving, punching, yelling, etc. Slow burn anger needs to be melted away with lots and lots of alcohol. And then there's the stuff you can't get rid of, so you push it into a tight little ball and release it at an appropriate time. Like when Daddy hit the referee with a whiskey bottle.
