I'm pretty sure I have a long head.
I read this on Yahoo Answers:
"Ok you should cut it so that it is a little bit longer but not like a girl. If you keep the length right below your chin it tends to make your head appear shorter, but if you have a long neck that is not a good idea. Also don't have your hair to short in the crown or spiky because it makes your head appear even longer."
So I guess a haircut can help with your features
