Ok - in honor of the fact that I closed on my house on Thursday, how about a tough one:
Real Estate Signs
If you can't get the chic naked with the sign, (indoor, outdoors whatever) then at least try and get the fake "Realtor effs the prospect to close the deal" set. Those are only worth 1/2 points (no less than 1 point though).
