Seriously: if it's a "he said / she said" kind of trial, it's only fair that what he and she say be constrained to the factual. On some level you could say, well OBVIOUSLY she thinks she was raped, that's why we're here, after all. But to have her sit and point and utter her interpretation of events
as if they were facts is prejudicial and dangerous.
