Because I don't speak "internet", nor have I been really trying to, these "supposed" vanity plates are lost on me.


This one, however,

Strangely enough, in the area where I live,(suburbs of D.C.) Florida plates are the second most common plates I see.
It gets me to think in rationale that there must be an unknown express highway path strictly in use by only the states of VA and FL.
