Actually, it doesn't send a notification to anyone
Frankly, I just forgot to keep up with checking it. I know Spectre has done a lot with it though, and I'm going to try and remember to check there more often. It's mainly for technical support though. If you see something that you think is breaking the rules, it's best to use the report post button. Also, it's never a bad idea to just PM a mod.
