I hate the feeling of clothing. If I do wear clothes they are usually loose fitting.

Just explain what it is in terms that your two your old can understand (at two my daughter understood it as a pee-pee; at five she knows penis and private parts). As for touching, just say no and don't make a big deal of it.
Of course, only you can make the real decision.
My daughter is 5 and we (she, her mother and I) still pretty much walk around nude when we are alone.
She knows what's acceptable in "society" and what's not (to the degree that her 5-year-old mind understands it). The family can walk around nude in the house all we want as long as we don't have friends around.
