It's not the outing that's the problem. I mean... that's obviously a
problem, but the MUCH bigger problem is the cover-up. THAT'S what Libby was part of. Libby might have had nothing at all to do personally with the leak, that's entirely beside the point. Libby personally acted repeatedly to withhold the truth from the investigation and the American people. That's his crime. That crime, by all federal sentencing guidelines, carries jail time. Unless, apparently, you have a friend in the White House (who may or may not have been behind your cover-up activities).
