This Bozo's got a uniform, and a shield, that identify him as being in a position of power and authority. This isn't a frat guy cheering on a couple of sorority girls gone wild. We don't expect too much outta frat guys. But, we
do expect better of our police and corrections officers. Or, at least we should.
