The RIAA has been doing illegal business for years and there is no indication of any slowing yet. From putting spyware on CDs to prevent users from "using" their purchased music to hiring mob-like internet investigators.
I feel that soon enough, however, all of their illegal and malicious tactics will snowball and eventually destroy the RIAA.
