My favorite, and definitely hers also to give her oral is to have her on her back with a pillow under her butt. It gives much better access to both places, plus you can stick the tongue in a bit further like that. Also a great way to have sex with the pillow under her. Second fav is with her sitting on me, that way she controls where I'm at.
