My current SO and I have anal sex from time to time. It's not really a regular part of our repertoire but we do it once in a while when I'm really relaxed. If I'm not really relaxed (read: really drunk or high) it's not very comfortable to me and I'm unable to enjoy it...but if I'm relaxed, it's all right. It doesn't give me the big O, though, which is odd because most other things do.
