HeyAgain: yes, there are advantages. I usually get at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight because I work out so much and need the amino acids in the protein to rebuild my muscle tissue after I tear it down. Be sure to workout on a regular basis and always get plenty of protein (at least 30-50g) immediately afterward.
