This is pretty much a calendar app. ie good for meetings and simple todo lists. Myself - I like todo tools that handle indentation. Bonsai is an example. So I can enter a task then add subtasks later. There's a bunch of these available on the web also.
There's a third category of tools that allows you to add pics and so on. This is more a "scapbook" than anything else.

that is a great idea! especially since once you've gotten in the habit of putting things into a calendar, you want that calendar to be nearby you so that you can be reminded of things, and add things when you aren't near your calendar. Which means that eventually you may find that you need a PDA. They are quite inexpensive now as well I believe you can even get used/refurb Palm III for as low as $26.00.
