I've worked myself sick so I'm "resting" by not running at all until I fight off this bug. Of course, this gives me the time and the patience to execute my nightly exercises carefully and slowly. My overhead squats are looking decent again and my push-ups will be back on track soon, I'm sure of it. Gotta add the ab work back in when it doesn't make me wanna go pukey.
