am carrying a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) which costs more than a conventional driver's license. This allows me to drive larger vehicles. And I carry a HazMat endorsement, which costs me even
more money. This allows me to transport hazardous materials. Ask
any truck driver how well his CDL is regulated.
